Spray booth SWS

Dry spray booth is the device ventilating the place of spraying and trapping paint in form of fog. Dry spray booths is used to work in point-room to exhaust air fouled by vapours or gases, which mixed with air can create explosive mixture. They are as dangerous as painter/s naphta, xylene,toluene and methanol (the explosiveness group: IIA and temperature T4). During the painting process by spraying with spray gun, in surrounding air fog is created. Some part of paint, which is outside of painted elements pollute environment, and some part come back close to operator, in result of reflecting from painted element. Most spraying materials used at furniture manufacturing are toxic, inflammable, some solvent and diluent in the special condition can create explosive mixtures. Dry spray booth can be adapted to finishing by spraying of furniture, wooden fancy goods and furniture elements with narrow planes. |
